Andrew Schrant is a Junior Business Development Analyst at Avalon Growth Capital, where he supports investment banking and capital advisory engagements for lower middle-market businesses. He assists with deal sourcing, market research, financial analysis, valuation work, and the preparation of transaction materials for mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and strategic advisory initiatives.

Prior to joining Avalon, Andrew gained experience in private markets investing through an internship with Northern Pass Capital. In that role, he supported investment research efforts, evaluated prospective opportunities, conducted industry and company analysis, and contributed to due diligence activities across a range of sectors. The experience strengthened his analytical foundation and provided valuable exposure to the investment evaluation process and broader lower middle-market landscape.

Andrew brings an analytical perspective to Avalon's business and provides a hands-on analysis to derive key insights that serve our clients and help to realize untapped value. This comes through in the form of strategic thinking, tactical implementation, and financial expertise for our clients and partners.

Andrew is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis at the Leeds School of Business at University of Colorado Boulder
