Ephraim Esson is an Analyst at Avalon Growth Capital, where he supports clients across mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital raising, financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, market research, and strategic advisory engagements. He works closely with business owners and management teams throughout the transaction process, helping evaluate strategic alternatives, develop financial analyses, prepare marketing materials, conduct industry research, and execute complex financing and M&A transactions.

Ephraim earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from Santa Clara University and is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
