About me

Jaime Dalton-Goren serves as the Director of Client Services for Avalon Growth Capital. Jaime brings more than 10 years of experience in banking, financial analysis, and transaction advisory. She brings a strong foundation in credit underwriting, financial modeling, and capital structuring, combined with a client-first mindset focused on execution, responsiveness, and long-term relationship building.

Throughout her career, Jaime has supported private and family-owned businesses across a range of industries, supporting debt placements, refinancing's, recapitalizations, acquisitions, and complex financial restructurings.  Jaime's background in commercial banking and financial services provides deep insight into lender expectations, credit processes, and capital markets dynamics, enabling her to anticipate issues, streamline diligence, and position clients for success.

Known for her analytical rigor and practical approach, Jaime translates complex financial data into clear strategic recommendations.  Jaime works closely with our bankers, advisors, and capital providers to deliver a best-in-class client experience while maintaining transparency and alignment among stakeholders.

Jaime brings a diverse background in Banking and Risk Management from her time as Manager in the Corporate Credit Risk Division at Charles Schwab Corporation, Manager of Cash Services at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, and as a Bank Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.

Jaime holds a BA in Economics and a BS in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach.
