
Nathaniel McMillian is a Junior Business Development Officer at Avalon Growth Capital, where he supports the firm’s business consulting, investment banking advisory, and project development advisory efforts through market research, prospect development, pipeline coordination, and client engagement support. He works closely with senior team members to help advance outreach initiatives, prepare business development materials, and strengthen relationships with clients, referral sources, and industry participants.
Nate earned his degree in Finance from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. He brings experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, market analysis, and sales strategy, which supports the firm’s broader work in delivering customized business strategies and financing solutions to private and family-owned businesses.
Prior to joining Avalon Growth Capital, Nate developed business development and account management experience at Condurre Partners, where he was recognized nationally for his performance. In that role, he managed client relationships, analyzed market data, and executed business-to-business transactions, building a strong foundation in negotiation, relationship management, and strategic problem-solving. His additional experience in operational and client service environments has further strengthened his ability to deliver tailored support and perform effectively in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
