Rohan Bajpai is an Analyst at Avalon Growth Capital supporting investment banking and capital advisory engagements for lower middle-market businesses. He is involved across the transaction lifecycle, with experience in financial analysis and modeling, valuation, diligence support, market research, and the preparation of materials for strategic debt, and equity financing initiatives.

Prior to joining the firm, Rohan built experience across investment banking, commercial banking, and business analytics through internships at GrowthPoint Technology Partners, J.P. Morgan, and Coca-Cola Consolidated. At GrowthPoint, Rohan supported advisory engagements for technology clients through market research, strategic growth assessment, and transaction-related analysis. At J.P. Morgan, he interned in the Commercial and Specialized Industries group within the Commercial and Investment Bank, where he gained experience in credit underwriting, treasury management, and client relationship development while supporting middle market financing discussions. At Coca-Cola Consolidated, he developed a foundation in business analytics by contributing to analytical work that supported operational and financial decision-making.

Rohan has further strengthened his technical foundation through Indiana University’s Investment Banking Seminar and the Knall-Cohen Investment Fund. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in Finance at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
