Rohan Bajpai is an Analyst at Avalon Growth Capital supporting investment banking and capital advisory engagements for lower middle-market businesses. He is involved across the transaction lifecycle, with experience in financial analysis and modeling, valuation, diligence support, market research, and the preparation of materials for strategic, debt, and equity financing initiatives.

Rohan has experience across commercial banking, investment banking, and business analytics, with a background in financial modeling, valuation, credit analysis, market research, and transaction support across a range of strategic finance and advisory assignments. Through prior internship experience, he has supported middle-market lending and financing analysis, technology-focused transaction research, and operational analytics initiatives, with work spanning underwriting and credit evaluation, capital structure analysis, total addressable market assessment, and the development of analytical tools to support financial and operating decision-making.

Rohan has further strengthened his technical foundation through Indiana University’s Investment Banking Seminar and the Knall-Cohen Investment Fund. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in Finance at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
