Tim Sullivan is an Analyst at Avalon Growth Capital supporting investment banking and capital advisory mandates across asset-intensive and lower middle-market businesses. He is involved throughout the transaction lifecycle including areas such as financial analysis and modeling, valuation, diligence support, and the preparation of investor and lender materials for both debt and equity financings.

Tim works closely with senior team members on live transactions and new business development initiatives, assisting with industry research, company screening, and proprietary sourcing efforts. His experience includes evaluating opportunities across asset-backed and cash-flow-generative businesses with a focus on defensible business models and contracted or recurring revenue characteristics.

Prior to joining Avalon Growth Capital, Tim gained hands-on financial experience through roles in accounting and financial operations, where he supported monthly bank reconciliations, cash flow analysis, and financial reporting for operating businesses. He has also completed coursework and applied projects involving financial statement analysis, valuation, and capital markets, further strengthening his technical foundation.

Tim is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance at Bentley University. He brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a disciplined work ethic to Avalon’s investment banking platform.
